  1. Wash and clean chicken wings and cut into halves. In a very large mixing bowl put all the chicken in, start adding in all the DRY seasoning/ingredients, e.g salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mix well.
  2. Add in all the chopped garlics and onions with the lemon juice and start mixing again.
  3. Add in the rest of the remaining liquid ingredients. After adding everything in, make sure you coat all the chicken with all the ingredients, spend a few minutes mixing.
  4. Leave to marinate for mininum 2 hours in fridge (overnight would be best, to let the meat absorb in all the flavours).
  5. Cook in a wide oven tray on a very high heat for 30mins...and then just ENJOY!!!
