  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and spray baking sheet with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. Drain tuna of water and mix with egg, bread crumbs. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Fold in tomatoes and minced onions.
  3. Shape into 4 patties and bake on prepared sheet for 20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes, or until each side is golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve on hamburger buns with traditional hamburger condiments if desired.
