"These cookies are very moist and chewy. The dough does not require refrigeration, so you can have them on the table (or in your mouth) in less than 30 minutes! Add raisins, nuts or chocolate chips to make them super-yummy!"

  1. In a large bowl, cream together butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla.
  2. In a separate medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir dry ingredients into the creamed mixture. Mix in oats.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven until lightly browned on top. Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
