  1. Spray Large frying pam with PAM on Med High
  2. In Large bowl beat eggs lightly
  3. add mayo
  4. chop peppers finely and add
  5. add cilantro- I use the gel type found in vegetable area.
  6. add breadcrumbs and parmesean (I use green can)
  7. mix well
  8. Drain Crab (for bext results use LUMP, can will work I found the Phillips in Seafood Section to be freshest and BEST so far)
  9. GENLTY add crab to wet mixutre, I use my hands, fold very carefully as to not disturb lumps.
  10. Carefully Form into small patties or large
  11. Cook 4 at a time on med high about 8 min per side.
  12. Serve with Boar's Head Savory Reumelade found in deli. (it is a cayenne mustard/mayo blend)
  13. If you use egg white and fat free two of these are 4 WW points!
