  1. Pre Heat overn 400
  2. Mix hasbrowns and seasoning, salt and pepper
  3. Spray frying pan with PAM and cook high to med high the hasbrown mix
  4. When Hashbrowns cook about 5-6 min, put in bowl and set to side
  5. Spray pan again and add fish filets maintain heat
  6. depending on sixe and thickness you are going for a flash fry.
  7. 3 min per side on fish, put on cookie sheet
  8. Mix cheese in to semi-cooled hashbrowns
  9. Put Hashbrown mix over the filets and bake for 10 min at 400
  10. Switch oven to broil for 5-10 min to crisp potatoes
  11. Test fish by fork and wetness glaze will be gone, cooked white fish wil appear WHITE not clear or real wet looking.
