  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Line 12 muffin tins with paper liners.
  3. Cream together butter and sugar u
  4. ntil light
  5. Add in eggs one at a time, until fully incorporated. Don't worry if the batter doesn't look smooth. Add vanilla. Stir in flour and salt until batter is uniform and no flour remains.
  6. Fill each muffin liner with batter.
  7. They should be 3/4 full(do not fill more).
  8. Top each cake with 1 1/2 tsp Nutella.
  9. Swirl Nutella in with a toothpick, making sure to fold a bit of batter up over the nutella.
  10. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  11. Test using a toothpick. Toothpick should come out clean of batter, only melted nutella.
  12. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
