  1. Dice the cucumber and apple and combine in a large salad bowl.
  2. Chop the parsley, dill and leek and add to the bowl.
  3. Crumble the seafood extender and add to the bowl.
  4. In another small bowl, combine the sour cream, plain yogurt, ranch dressing, mustard and pickle relish and mix until smooth, even consistence is acheived.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and gentle turn salad with a spoon until the ingredients are evenly covered with dressing.
