"Tuna and rice with onions and cheddar cheese. My mom made this when I was a kid, and I loved it! The original recipe called for 1/2 cup cheese, but I add more because I love cheese."

  1. Lightly brown onions in 3 tbsps. butter.
  2. Add flour and whisk, then add milk. Stir constantly until it starts to thicken.
  3. Add rice, tuna and cheese, reserve a little cheese. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
