  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Prepare soup mix as directed.
  3. 3. Add rice, mushrooms, onions, & lentils to 2 quart casserole dish and stir.
  4. 4. Combine soup mix and all other ingredients in separate bowl and add to dish. Stir.
  5. 5. Bake at 350 for 60-75 minutes, stirring halfway through, until all liquid is absorbed.
