  1. Preheat Oven to 400 F
  2. Cut Codfish Fillets into small cubes
  3. Dice Tomatoes into cubes
  4. Slice Onion into half rings
  5. Mix Codfish, Tomatoes and Onions into 8 inch square baking pan
  6. Sprinkle half the dry ingredients over mixture
  7. Stir mixture to blend
  8. Sprinkle remainder of dry ingredients over mixture
  9. Stir mixture to blend
  10. Place Butter on top of mixture
  11. Spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray
  12. Place in Oven, bake 30 minutes, then stir
  13. Bake for 30 more minutes
  14. Serve hot with rice and a green vegetable
