  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees (F).
  2. Combine oats, nuts, wheat germ, sunflower seeds in large bowl.
  3. Stir together oil and maple syrup well.
  4. Pour oil and syrup mixture over oat mixture, combining well.
  5. Spread onto 2 greased cookie sheets, pressing evenly.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and stir mixture.
  8. Return to oven and continue baking another 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
  9. Remove from oven and immediately stir in blueberries, 1 cup for each pan.
  10. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes.
  11. Store in airtight containers or ziplock bags.
  12. Freeze one until the other is all gone,and it will keep fresh longer.
