  1. Cook Cavatappi according to directions on box
  2. Heat oil and butter over low temp
  3. add garlic and sweat 1 minute
  4. add basil and cream, cook 6 minutes until it thickens a little
  5. add tomatoes, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and lemon juice to the hot cooked pasta
  6. pour the garlic cream sauce over the pasta and stir gently
  7. ENJOY!
