  1. wash and trim asparagus
  2. heat olive oil in saute pan
  3. add asparagus
  4. add salt, pepper & garlic
  5. toss to coat
  6. saute for about 5 minutes
  7. add mustard, stir to coat
  8. remove from heat whem to desired tenderness
