  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk and continue to beat till smooth.
  2. 2. Beat in the egg, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat till smooth.
  3. 3. Add frozen berries (I like a raspberry/blackberry/blueberry mixture) to empty graham cracker crust. Pour cheesecake mixture over the top.
  4. 4. Bake for 30-35 minutes and then chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
