Boil Macaroni until cooked. Boil eggs until hardboiled (12 minutes). Drain macaroni in colander and rinse with cold water, drain again. Shell eggs, chop up and add to drained macaroni and mix in.
Chop all veges to your liking, shred or chop carrots, drain black olives, slice green olives and reserve liquid. Add all of the veges and olives to the macaroni mixture and mix. Begin adding the mayo to pull macaroni and vege mixture together, then take the green olive liquid and mix into salad to thin out the mayo. Refrigerate until cold. Sprinkle paprika or cajun seasoning on top for garnish.
