"This is my knock-off of a very popular salad at a local restaurant where I live. The apples, avacado and cranberries complement the vinaigrette wonderfully. This is a great dinner salad. Use a deli-roasted chicken for even more ease in preparation"

  1. Combine vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in olive oil until well combined. Let dressing sit for flavours to combine. This can be done ahead for best flavour.
  2. Salad:
  3. Wash and tear romaine, add remaining salad ingredients. Toss with desired amount of dressing just before serving.
