  1. Melt butter and oil over med-high heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, saute 5 min.
  3. Add sausage, saute until cooked, about 7 min.
  4. Drain excess fat.
  5. Add wine and boil about 2 min.
  6. Add tomatoes and simmer 3 min.
  7. Add cream and simmer about 5 min.
  8. Stir in parsley.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Cook pasta and drain.
  12. Put pasta in a large bowl.
  13. Pour sauce over pasta.
  14. Add parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
  15. Enjoy!
