Press sugar cookie dough onto greased round pizza pan or round stone.
Bake for 15 minutes. Do not overbake!
Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla together in small bowl.
Spread over cooled crust.
Decorate with different fruit.
Glaze: Mix cornstarch, sugar, pineapple juice, and lemon juice in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Mixture will thicken as it cooks in usually about 5 minutes.
Spoon over fruit and refrigerate for at least one hour.
