"Very chocolaty and fudgy brownies for Passover- they do not taste like they should be kosher for the holiday, but they are!!!"

  1. Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler.
  2. Beat eggs and egg whites together at high speed for about 5 minutes(until very fluffy).
  3. Add chocolate mixture to eggs, along with sugar, vanilla, and coffee. Beat well. Combine dry ingredients separately, then add to mixture and beat well. Fold in chocolate chips. Grease two 8x8 pans and pour batter into both. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
