  1. After beans are cooked, add 1 cup sugar and stir over stove. Allow moisture to evaporate so that texture is more dry. Set aside.
  2. Add 1/4cup sugar to cooked sweet rice. Lightly mash with fork or spoon. Set aside.
  3. Place a spoonful of bean mixture onto plastic wrap into a square shape. Add spoonful of sweet rice on top.
  4. Form into a ball and tie up in plastic. Open and take out of plastic. Roll into soy bean flour.
  5. Reverse look: Place sweet rice on plastic into square shape. Add red bean mixture on top.
  6. Form into a ball and tie up in plastic. Open and take out of plastic.
