  1. Preheat over to 325 degrees
  2. Beat three eggs in a large mixing bowl and add milk, half and half, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix well. Add the rice and raisons as well as 1/2 pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon.
  3. Pour into glass baking dish(10x6) and bake for 30 minutes, sprinkle remaining nutmeg and cinnamon and bake an additional 20 minutes.
