  1. Preheat oven to 160 c
  2. Boil potatoes until tender, mash without peeling the skin.
  3. Mix mashed potatoes with sour cream, salt, and beef stock.
  4. Boil spinach (leaves only), set aside.
  5. Mix tuna with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, thickened cream.
  6. Prepare a 20 cm diameter casserole/pyrex.
  7. Place half of the mashed potato in the bottom until covering the base of the pyrex completely, thinly.
  8. Place thinly sliced cheddar cheese over the mashed potato.
  9. Place tuna over the cheese, then spinach, then the rest of the mashed potato to cover the tuna completely.
  10. Garnish with grated cheese on top.
  11. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the potato and cheese surface looks golden brown.
