  1. In a large pot or saucepan, on high heat, bring water to a boil and dissolve bouillon cubes.
  2. Add chicken, carrots, celery, potatoes, onion, rosemary, thyme, and basil and simmer on low heat about 15 minutes. (or until veggies are tender)
  3. Add rice and kidney beans and simmer another 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
