  1. Put eggs in a saucepan. Cover with water and boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Rinse in cold water, and peel. In a mixing bowl, mash eggs with a fork. Blend in mayo, salt and pepper. Spread on slices of bread and arrange sandwhiches.
