  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick frypan.
  2. Add hashbrown to pan.
  3. Season with season salt.
  4. Cook 8 minutes without stirring.
  5. Flip hashbrowns. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  6. Set hashbrowns aside.
  7. Cook peppers in hot pan until they start to soften.
  8. Set cooked peppers aside.
  9. Cook black beans in pan until they start to pop.
  10. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  11. Set black beans aside.
  12. Fry tortillas individually until they get crispy.
  13. Assemble tostadas with beans first. Then hashbrowns and peppers.
  14. Top with salsa.
