"Impress people tonight with this dish. It makes enough sauce when it's done baking that you can spoon it over potatoes too. Serve with a green salad or vegetable, and rolls for a fabulous dinner."

  1. Grease baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Arrange Chicken Breasts in dish.
  2. Place onion slices over tops of breast pieces, using however many your preference is.
  3. In medium mixing bowl, combine Sour Cream, Cans of Cream of Onion Soup, Milk, Salt, Onion & Garlic Powder. Spread over top of chicken breasts. Topping may or may not completely cover each breast.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  5. If using IQF Frozen Breasts while still frozen, bake an additional 15 minutes or until chicken tests for doneness and juices run clear.
  6. Lift foil and place optional garnishes on.
  7. Bake another 5-7 minutes with foil off.
