Cook fettucini according to package directions. While fettucini is boiling, prepare the chicken. Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Add olive oil and frozen chicken breasts. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Flip chicken breasts. Pour dressing and vinegar over chicken; add mushrooms; and cook covered until chicken is done (when juices run clear and the meat is no longer pink). Remove chicken. To the same skillet, add tomatoes, cream cheese, and basil. Cut chicken into strips and add back into skillet. When heated throughout, add fettucini noodles and serve. Top with freshly shredded parmesan cheese.
