  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Over double boiler, melt chocolate with butter.
  3. In the meanwhile, beat slightly the egg with sugar, brown sugar, puree,milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Remove melted chocolate from heat, and stir in egg mixture.
  5. Sift together the flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, baking soda.
  6. Fold flour mixture into chocolate mixture just until moist.
  7. Grease a 9x13 baking pan and dust with some cocoa powder.
  8. Pour in the batter and bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out fairly clean.
