Crockpot Pork Tenderloin with Sauerkraut

  1. Drain and rinse sauerkraut.
  2. Peel and halve potaotes.
  3. Peel and chunk carrots.
  4. Peel and chunk onion.
  5. Clean beans.
  6. Mix sauerkraut with caraway seeds.
  7. Place in bottom of crockpot.
  8. Add potatoes, carrots, onion and beans.
  9. Pour in beer and water.
  10. Salt and pepper roast.
  11. Add to top of vegetables.
  12. Cover.
  13. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  14. Remove roast and wrap in aluminum foil.
  15. Let stand 15 minutes.
  16. Serve with sauerkraut and vegetables.
