  1. Cut brussels sprout in half (if large size)
  2. Slice onions.
  3. Keep baby zucchini and summer squash whole (it looks pretty)
  4. On an oiled baking sheet, place all vegetables evenly across.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. salt and pepper to taste.
  7. bake 25 minutes or unitl vegetables are tender.
