Easy Sesame chicken fried rice

"This is a very easy chicken fried rice with a little twist... You use rice, soy sauce, onion and bell pepper with some garlic... The twist is using an asian sesame with ginger salad dressing for the chicken...Which makes a very delicous meal."

  1. pre heat oven to 425 degrees
  2. pour salad dressing in a bowl
  3. mix in with the salad dressing the cumin and the meat tenderiser and pepper then add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes
  4. place chicken in the oven to let cook for 25 minutes
  5. add 8 cups of water to a sauce pan
  6. bring water to a boil then add rice
  7. let the rice cook for 10 minutes and then drain extra water and cut out of bag and pour into sauce pan
  8. cook mixed vegitables in a microwave for 6 minutes
  9. melt butter in a frying pan and add bell peppers, onion and garlic to the butter and saute'
  10. cut the chicken up in to pices and add to the frying pan
  11. Add eggs and and then the rice and mixed vegitables to the frying pan stir and serve
