  1. Mix together turkey, egg, milk, bread crumbs, dried rosemary, parmesan, and a 1.5 tsp salt
  2. Form meatballs and place in greased pan. Sprinkle some fresh rosemary on top and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees F until browned.
  3. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and sautee clove of garlic with a fresh sprig of rosemary.
  4. When garlic clove is lightly browned, throw in halved tomatoes and sautee for 2 minutes.
  5. Add red wine and wait until it reduces by half.
  6. Season with some salt and chili pepper.
  7. Add the baked meatballs, ensuring that the meatballs are covered in the sauce and cook at low heat for another 5 minutes.
  8. Remove garlic clove and rosemary stem and serve hot as a main dish.
