  1. Boil the elbow noodles for half the time the box recommends.
  2. As the noodles are boiling, in a sauce pan, add 2 cups of milk, stick of butter and start breaking the cheese into the mixture. Along with adding small amounts of the flour until you get the sauce to your desired thickness.
  3. Add as much cheese as you like, the more cheese the rich the taste.
  4. After the noodles are done boiling, drain and set aside.
  5. When all the cheese in the sauce pan is done melting add the cream cheese(you can add more or less depending on how cheesy you want it. Let the cream cheese melt.
  6. Then in a pan, dump the noodles in than the cheese sauce. Mixing it to coat all the noodles.
  7. Bake in the oven on 350 for 20 mins.
  8. I always add bread crumbs, italian seasonings and parmasean cheese on top. So good and soooooo yummy! ENJOY!
