Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until tender about 10 mins. Leave pasta in water and set aside. In a large microwave safe glass bowl, place cream cheese, butter and milk. Microwave 4 mins or until cream cheese is melted, stirring every minute to avoid burning. Stir in parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Drain pasta well and add to bowl with alfredo sauce, toss to coat. Serve with salad and garlic toast.
