  1. Place roast in crockpot. Spread A-1 sauce over top of roast. Sprinkle meatloaf seasoning over top.
  2. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  3. To thicken broth for gravy...remove roast and keep warm. Make a slurry of 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 cup cold water. Pour into crockpot and mix throughly. Turn crockpot on high and cook to desired thickness. 10-20 mins. The gravy is wonderful over smashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
