  1. Line a jelly roll pan with tin foil. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Place Saltine crackers on top of foil.
  2. Bring butter & sugar to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 - 6 minutes, until lightly caramel in color.
  3. Remove from oven. Pour chocolate chips over, spread evenly as they melt. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate. When chilled, break into pieces.
