"This makes a filling and very tasty wrap. Great for a picnic or a fast, healthy lunch on the go. The great thing: it never gets old. I eat one every day for lunch and always look forward to eating one."

  1. Place frozen bell peppers in medium size bowl and add 2-3 tablespoons water. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes or until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, empty drained tuna into bowl and add mayonnaise and diced dill pickle. Mix well and set aside.
  3. When peppers are done, set aside and place wraps on dampened paper towels in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. After wraps are warmed, place 1/2 of the tuna salad in center of each wrap. Spread until it covers about half the diameter of the wraps. Top with peppers and choice of dressing, if desired. Fold in sides and roll up.
  5. Cut in half and serve.
