Place frozen bell peppers in medium size bowl and add 2-3 tablespoons water. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile, empty drained tuna into bowl and add mayonnaise and diced dill pickle. Mix well and set aside.
When peppers are done, set aside and place wraps on dampened paper towels in the microwave for 30 seconds.
After wraps are warmed, place 1/2 of the tuna salad in center of each wrap. Spread until it covers about half the diameter of the wraps. Top with peppers and choice of dressing, if desired. Fold in sides and roll up.
