  1. Walnuts for the top of cake:
  2. Beat egg white until just a little stiff; add rest of intergradient, mix.
  3. Place in oven for 10 min in 180C.Don’t burn nuts, because burned nuts get bitter.
  4. Dough:
  5. Chopped apples, cook with butter till very soft. Cool down.
  6. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  7. Grease 2 small spring form pans with batter and bread crumble.
  8. In a large bowl, combine flour, soda, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, cloves, ginger and salt.
  9. Mix rest of butter with honey, white and brown sugar.
  10. Add half of flour, milk and egg.
  11. Add rest of flour, cooked apples and chopped walnuts.
  12. Blend mixture until smooth.
  13. If mixture is not sweet enough for you add some more sugar.
  14. Pour mixture into 2 prepared pans and bake about 40 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  15. Cream:
  16. Cream cheese and butter heat for 20sec in microwave. It makes it softer.
  17. Mix together and add vanilla sugar or extract and icing sugar.
  18. Blend until smooth.
  19. Place one cake layer on a cake plate; spread with ¼ of cream and apples.
  20. Place another layer on the first one, spread on top and sides of cake with cream.
  21. Decorate with cinnamon walnuts. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. But cake the best is on next day.
