  1. In a small bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard, set aside.
  2. In a Separate bowl mix together raw ground beef, onion, crackers, egg, salt, and pepper and half of the tomato mixture.
  3. Pour into a microwave safe dish and shape into a loaf form.
  4. Spread the remaining tomato sauce mixture on top of the loaf.
  5. Place in microwave and cook for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes unless you have a turn table in the microwave.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
  7. Note: The classic green bean cassarole goes great with the meatloaf.
