  1. In saucepan, combine 1/2 cup butter and cocoa powder. Heat & stir until blended.
  2. Remove from heat, add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, egg and vanilla.
  3. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, mix well.
  4. In 13x9 ungreased pan - press in graham cracker mixture.
  5. Melt 1/2 cup butter in small bowl, combine with liqueur (& food coloring of choice) on low speed.
  6. Beat in 3 cups powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over first layer, chill for 1 hour.
  7. In saucepan, combine 1/4 cup butter and chocolate chips; cook and stir on low heat until melted.
  8. Spread over mint layer, and chill for 1-2 hours.
  9. Bars should be room temperature before cutting, and since the recipe is very rich, they are best served in small bite size pieces.
