"This is comfort food at it's finest! An easy recipe, only three main ingredients and uses up that leftover ham. Can be baked in the oven or microwave. This is an orginal recipe of my mother's and is one of my children's favorites from their childhood."

  1. Layer ham in the bottom of a greased 2 quart cassarole or 9X13 pan
  2. Spread mashed potatos over ham.
  3. Combine cream style corn and drained whole kernel corn and pour over top of potatos.
  4. Season with black pepper to taste.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Can also be cooked in the microwave with great success.
