Line jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with butter flavor cooking spray.
Place first four ingredients in large dutch oven. Cook until candy thermometer reads 240 degrees. Add nuts and continue cooking until 304 degrees. Remove from heat. Add Baking soda and fold in gently. Mixture will rise. Pour onto cookie sheet and shake to disperse to corners. DO NOT SPREAD! This breaks down the air bubbles and makes it hard. Allow to cool.
Remove from pan by lifting aluminum foil. Drop on counter top and it will crack into peices. Enjoy!
