"This recipe is one that I've altered and altered until its just how I like it. Its delicious. You can minus the crab for a vegetarian version. Also, I use the light or fat free versions of almost everything in this dip."

  1. 1)Beat cream cheese and mayonaise together until well blended.
  2. 2) Mix in parmesan cheese, romano cheese, minced garlic, and seasonings.
  3. 3) Add in artichoke hearts, spinach, and crab and mix well.
  4. 4) Put in an oven safe glass dish and sprinkle remaining cheeses over top. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and light brown. Serve hot with taco chips and thinly sliced baguette.
