  1. Start making the dressing: mix the olive oil with the red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Cut the tomatoes. Wash the cucumber, peel it and cut thin slices.
  3. Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices
  4. Gently mix the tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, italian bread, tuna, capers.
  5. Pour the dressing on top of the mixture and serve.
