"A unique take on white chocolate cookies. These cookies are soft like a snickerdoodle, but also accented by white chocolate chunks. I added the cinnammon as a last minute addition and couldn't believe how great these turned out! This has become a favorite of family and friends"

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Add flour mixture to egg mixture, slowly until well combined.
  5. Stir in the white chocolate chunks.
  6. Drop cookies by heaping spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Cool on a wire rack.
