  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Place cranberry sauce in a strainer over a bowl to strain the liquid.
  3. Beat egg whites until foamy.
  4. Add cream of tarter and salt.
  5. Beat until soft peaks form.
  6. While mixer is on, add 1/2 cup of sugar, orange and vanilla extracts.
  7. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  8. Sift flour and remaining sugar 4 times.
  9. Gradually fold in flour mixture to stiff egg whites.
  10. Carefully fold in zest and cranberry sauce.
  11. Add to un-greased angel food cake pan.
  12. Bake for 30 minutes.
  13. Cool completely upside down on a bottle neck.
  14. GLAZE
  15. Stir all glaze ingredients together and spread on top of cool cake letting the glaze drip down the sides.
  16. Serve when the glaze has hardened
