  1. Begin with the still warm cooked rice.
  2. Stir in the sweetend condensed milk.
  3. (Add optional ingredients if desired)
  4. Heat on med-low untill hot all the way through.
  5. Add cinnamon liberally, to taste.
  6. Best served slightly cooled or completey chilled, to allow for best flavor.
