  1. Heat oil in skillet on med-high
  2. Lay one egg roll wrap on a flat surface
  3. Place a slice of cheese on wrap
  4. Place hot dog at a diagonal on the wrap and roll up egg roll style tucking ends in halfway.
  5. repeat with other 7
  6. Fry in oil about a minute on each side or until golden.
  7. Pat with paper towel to blot oil
  8. service with dipping sauce, enjoy.
