  1. Cook biscuits, or heat up hommade.
  2. Heat oil in a deep fry pan or skillet.
  3. Stir in flour untill its a thick paste
  4. Add milk slowly, stirring untill mixed completly with flour.
  5. Continue to add milk untill desired amount of gravy is achieved.
  6. Add pepper and salt to taste.
  7. Stir in well drained deer meat.
  8. Heat to nearly boil, stirring constantly.
  9. Served over biscuits.
