  1. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Spread a dollop of cream cheese on a slice of bread, then cover with another slice to make a little sandwich.
  3. Repeat until all the cream cheese and bread is used.
  4. Place the sandwiches in a single layer in your dish.
  5. Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, using a whisk.
  6. Pour mixture over the bread to completely saturate.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or all day if you're having it for dinner).
  8. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  9. Bake 25 - 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  10. Serve with your favorite french toast toppings!
